In 2025, Smock Alley Theatre became Dublin Municipal Theatre at Smock Alley. Building on the theatre’s reputation as a cornerstone of Dublin’s cultural scene, our mission is to broaden access to theatre and deepen support for artistic ambition at the heart of the city.

We are now seeking an Operations and Admin Lead to support our small, busy team during an important period of organisational transition.

This part-time role will work closely with the CEO/Artistic Director and core staff to strengthen DMT’s administrative systems, financial processes and governance structures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our programmes, artist supports and a broad range of venue activity. This is a key role in shaping DMT’s operational and administrative infrastructure as the organisation grows into its new mandate.
