About the Role
Createschool is seeking an organised and motivated Arts Administrator & Digital Support Officer to join our small but busy and growing team at our Rathnew HQ.

This is a varied role at the heart of our organisation, combining arts administration with digital and creative support. You will work directly with the Managing Director to help deliver a wide range of creative education programmes and arts initiatives, supporting both our participants and our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arts Administration: Coordinate programme bookings, handle enquiries, manage schedules, and ensure smooth delivery of projects and workshops.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of participants, projects, and partners using Notion.
  • Finance & Reporting: Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic accounts. Support grant reporting and other funder requirements.
  • Communications: Assist with internal and external communications, liaising with schools, artists, and partner organisations.
  • Digital & Creative Support:

Maintain and update our WordPress website and AccessAlly learning platform.
Design and schedule engaging social media posts.
Create simple, branded visual assets using Canva.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally in the arts, education, or a creative/learning organisation.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong IT and digital skills – comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, WordPress, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience supporting arts projects, cultural programmes, or grant-funded initiatives.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms (LMS) and AccessAlly or similar plug-ins.
  • Interest in youth engagement, media, sustainability, or creative education.
