Through our Arts Programme, we provide opportunities for older people to be more creative more often, to create meaningful participation and representation for all older people in cultural and creative life and to demonstrate and celebrate how our creative potential can improve with age.
We are looking for an Arts Programme Administrator on a part-time basis for a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an opportunity for a person with a strong arts administration background to join our Arts Programme team and contribute to the area of arts and ageing.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record (minimum 2 years) of working in the field of arts administration. This will include experience of responding to enquiries and providing information and administration in the areas of budget, record keeping and invoicing. They will also have experience coordinating and developing web and social media content which is an essential element of the role.
The role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and a highly level of computer literacy.
This a part-time role for 25 hours per week (based on a 37.5 hr week) with a salary of €23,333 (pro rata of €35,000). The contract is a 12-month fixed term with an ideal start date of June 2026.
