Once Off Productions is seeking an Associate Producer to join a small and busy producing team on a fixed term contract for minimum one year.
The role is part-time  and the successful candidate will work with the Director(Maura O’Keeffe) and the core team on a busy programme of activities and artist support initiatives with an additional commitment to line producing between 3-5 of OOP’s productions across 2026.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in arts management and/or administration, ideally having led on producing performing arts projects at all scales, and will have an indepth knowledge of the Irish arts sector and the funding systems and structures available to independent artists.  In particular knowledge and experience of the Arts Council’s funding systems and opportunities is essential.
Base: Hybrid with office space in the Digital Hub, Dublin 8.
The OOP team produces and manages productions and projects right across Ireland and internationally.  The main focus of the successful candidate’s brief will be on Dublin-based projects.
Salary:  €15,000 per year/pro rata (€37,500 full time) for 2 days per week with additional fees for specific line producing role on individual projects.
There is scope for independent producers to retain their current producing commitments within this role.
