dlr Mill Theatre has been at the cultural heart of Dundrum since 2006. With a gallery space and a 200‑seat venue hosting over 400 events annually, from professional productions and community theatre to live music, comedy, and a leading education programme, the theatre is a place for creativity, collaboration, and connection.
As we approach our 20th anniversary and a new strategic phase, we are seeking an exceptional Artistic Director & CEO to lead our team and shape the theatre’s future. You will bring artistic vision, proven leadership, and the ability to balance creative ambition with financial sustainability, including experience of securing funding and building strong relationships with funders, partners, and the community.
