Develop and perform a site specific piece
The National Leprechaun Museum is seeking dancer/ performer with strong dance, circus or performance art skills, to collaborate on the development of, and perform in our Darkland storytelling experience “Season of the Wolf” this Halloween.
We are seeking a strong performer who is comfortable working with text and spoken word.
We envision collaborating with you to create a 15 min performance, site specific performance in the museum with multiple performances each evening.
You should be able to take a source text/ story and working with our storytellers create your own interpretation through physical performance.
This piece will sit within an overall 60 min + production.
Rehearsals begin in August through September.
Performances run October to the first week of November.
Darkland is a, night time , adult only experience. Delving deep into Irish folklore, myth and legend, it engages audiences with the darker side of Irish imagination.
