We are recruiting for two separate positions: Head of Drama and Head of Music. Applicants should apply for one role only.

Chester College International School (Santiago de Compostela, Spain) is seeking two creative leads for a 4-week summer performing arts programme for Spanish and international students (ages 5–17), combining English language learning with theatre, music and sports.

Roles:

Head of Drama – leading drama workshops and directing a Mid-Camp showcase and a final Musical Theatre performance
Head of Music – leading music sessions and supporting performance elements.
Each role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate sessions, and contributing to a collaborative final showcase.

• Location: Santiago de Compostela, Spain
• Dates: 28 June – 26 July, 2026 (4 weeks)
• Accommodation: Provided
• Fee: €2,100–€2,300 for the 4-week programme (depending on experience and responsibilities)
• Contract: Short-term / freelance

Ideal Profile

• Background and experience in theatre-making, music, or performance
• Experience  in working with young people
• Confident leading workshops and small groups
• Collaborative and adaptable
