Druid is an internationally renowned touring theatre company based in Galway, Ireland.

We’re looking for a Producer to play a pivotal senior role in co-ordinating and managing productions, projects, and literary development on national and international tour. Working with the Artistic Director from initial creative concept and development to full production and tour, you’ll be at the heart of Druid’s acclaimed onstage programme, helping to realise a unique and world-class creative vision.

You’ll ensure that every production aligns with Druid’s mission of bringing Irish theatre to a world audience, ensuring the highest production values and touring our work as widely as possible to achieve artistic, audience and financial goals. In our small, fast-moving team, you’ll support an ambitious artistic vision, making the impossible possible, and creating the conditions for artists to succeed and audiences to experience the best theatre.

You’ll be a collaborative and creative thinker, with a passion for great theatre, faultless organisational skills and unerring attention to detail. You’ll be required to travel nationally and overseas depending on the needs of the tour, nurturing productions and venue relationships for all Druid’s productions.
