Luail – Ireland’s National Dance Company is seeking to recruit a full time Rehearsal Director and develop a panel of experienced freelance Rehearsal Directors who will be available to consult or assist on a project basis.
Working closely with the Artistic Director (AD/Co-CEO), the Rehearsal Director will play a key role in delivering the company’s artistic vision, ensuring high-quality rehearsals and performances. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of dance practice and company dynamics. Responsibilities include overseeing daily rehearsals, providing artistic and technical support to dancers, assisting guest choreographers.
