The event will be led by Safe to Create and ShoutOut, giving support around inclusivity and diversity in programming.

This event, which encourages participation and discussion, is for professionals creating literature events at festivals, venues, libraries, or any organisations, to gather information and share experiences. This year’s event, in partnership with Safe to Create, will be an information session followed by open discussion around embedding dignity and respect in the workplace, ensuring inclusivity and diversity of marginalised communities – focusing on LGBTQ+ – managing different voices, navigating challenging situations that arise, and more. This workshop event will be facilitated by Ruadhán Ó Críodáin.
