Presented by Safe to Create

Safe to Create is delighted to unveil the Autumn/Winter 2025 Training Programme for Ireland’s arts and creative community. This season brings a blend of online and in-person workshops, designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive at work.

The Autumn/Winter line-up continues our focus on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), Safe Practice, Workplace Skills, and Governance & Leadership. Over the coming months, we’ll deliver in-person workshops nationwide, alongside online sessions — each tailored to help strengthen workplace culture and foster safe, respectful environments in the arts.

Our Flagship Workshop, Active Bystander Training, is on offer nationwide, free for anyone in the Arts and Creative sectors.  If you haven’t already attended this engaging in-person workshop, we highly recommend that you do, as a solid foundation for recognising harm and impacting meaningful change.

From September, we’ll also introduce three new pilot workshops: Managing the Complaints Process; Addressing Bias and HR for Freelancers / Small Organisations.

We also provide:

Travel/accommodation bursaries (for Ireland-based participants travelling from outside the host city)
Access cost support to ensure everyone can fully participate
To support fair access and minimise last-minute cancellations, free in-person workshops now require a refundable €10 deposit, returned in full upon attendance.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us keep dignity and respect at the core of Ireland’s arts and creative workplaces.

All our workshops are either offered free of charge or subsidised.Â
