What we’re looking for?
– Are you an emerging performance collective/company based in Ireland, aged 18–28?

– Are you interested in sharing your work with audiences aged 16–25?

We’re particularly interested in performances that speak honestly, playfully and provocatively to themes of belonging, identity and home – how we find them, lose them and rebuild them.

We welcome performances that are:

– Contemporary or experimental
– Suitable for young adult audiences
– Designed for a studio-scale venue
– A “show in a box” with minimal technical requirements and ready to tour. (View glór Studio plan and images here).
– Professionally presented or in advanced development with a clear artistic vision
– Created for a small cast and crew

Technical considerations:
– The Studio is an unusual, non-rectangular space (view glór plan and images here)
– Peformance space has limited technical facilities – basic lighting & sound can be provided by advance consultation with glór’s Technical Manager
– Simple seating on the flat can be provided with a capacity of upto 55, depending on artistic requirements
– One technician will be provided for up to 8 hours on day of performance, including get in and get out
– Proposals should be technically simple and adaptable to the space

How to Apply:
To submit your production for consideration, please email Young Curator, Caoimhe O’Farrell, at glorlastacaoimhe@gmail.com with your tour pack including the following:
– Show description (500 words)
– Bio of company or lead artist (200 words)
