Safe to Create is proud to launch the Autumn/Winter 2025 Training Programme for Ireland’s arts and creative sectors. This season’s mix of online and in-person workshops will give you the knowledge, skills, and tools to thrive at work.

This season’s workshops will continue to focus on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), Safe Practice, Workplace Skills, and Governance & Leadership. We’re delivering 15 in-person workshops in 8 locations nationwide, as well as 6 online sessions, over the coming months. Each is tailored for the arts and creative sectors, helping to transform workplace culture and create safer, more respectful environments for everyone.

Our flagship Active Bystander Training — running since early 2023 — has already reached 652 people nationwide. We’re continuing to offer it free to anyone working in Ireland’s arts and creative sectors.
