I’m a Dublin-based musician, composer, and theatre-maker seeking a dedicated studio space to rent on a long-term basis. Ideally, the space would suit music recording, rehearsal, writing, and interdisciplinary arts development.
I’m looking for somewhere private, secure, and suitable for regular sound-making (not full band volume at all hours, but comfortably usable for acoustic and amplified work). Access outside standard office hours would be a strong plus.
My practice spans music and performance, and I’m hoping to find a space where work can develop consistently over time rather than short-term hires.
Open to different types of spaces — artist studios, converted rooms, warehouse units, shared creative buildings, or unusual setups — anywhere within Dublin or the immediate surrounding areas.
I’m a reliable long-term tenant with extensive professional experience and strong references if needed.
