Artistic Director / General Manager

The GAFF is seeking to appoint an Artistic Director / General Manager to develop a community arts programme from a newly refurbished building.

The new post will carry a range of artistic and executive responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• leading the vision for The GAFF – developing, curating and producing a vibrant, year-round programme of activity
• reporting to and engaging with the board of directors
• preparing and overseeing operational budgets and reports
• managing and promoting our building, including four dedicated artists’ workspaces
